These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Brain Screen mobile application (the "App"), provided by Screentime Labs LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Using the App

Brain Screen helps you limit access to apps on your device by requiring you to complete a short brain game before your selected apps unlock. You decide which apps to lock and how to configure these controls, and you are responsible for those choices. The App is a tool to support your own digital wellbeing goals and is not a substitute for medical or professional advice.

Subscriptions and payments

Brain Screen offers an optional subscription with a 3-day free trial. Current pricing is shown in the App before you purchase.
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's account settings. If you cancel during the free trial, you will not be charged.
Payments and refunds are handled by Apple under the terms of the App Store. We do not process payments directly.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, including by attempting to reverse engineer, copy, interfere with, or circumvent its security or licensing, except where the law expressly permits it.

Intellectual property

The App — including its design, content, name, and logo — is owned by Screentime Labs LLC and protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial use.

Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any particular result, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Screentime Labs LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If you continue to use the App after we post changes, you accept the updated Terms.
