This Privacy Policy explains how Screentime Labs LLC ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the Brain Screen mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

Screen Time data stays on your device

Brain Screen uses Apple's Family Controls, Managed Settings, and Device Activity frameworks to help you manage access to apps on your device. The information these frameworks provide about your app usage is processed entirely on your device and is never transmitted to or stored on our servers. We cannot see which apps you use or how long you use them.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to operate and improve the App:

Subscription information. Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status. We receive whether your subscription is active, but not your payment card or full Apple account details.
Usage and diagnostic data. We collect anonymized analytics about how the App is used — such as which features are opened and crash reports — using Mixpanel and Adjust, to understand engagement and fix problems.
Attribution data. If you installed the App after seeing an ad, Adjust may record which campaign led to the install, using device-level identifiers. This helps us measure which ads work. It is not used to build an advertising profile of you.

How we use information

To provide, maintain, and improve the App and its features.
To process and manage your subscription.
To understand how the App is used and measure the performance of our marketing.
To respond to support requests.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers that help us run the App — Apple (payments), RevenueCat (subscription management), Mixpanel and Adjust (analytics and attribution) — and only as needed for them to provide their service. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Data retention

We keep analytics and subscription data for as long as needed to operate the App and meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain uses. If you are in the EU or UK, you have these rights under the GDPR. If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. To make a request, email us at support@brainscreen.io.

Children

Brain Screen is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version here and update the date above.
